Lissa shares trauma-sensitive practices to support offering embodied radical care for what’s present in the body-heart-mind. Lissa has over 200 videos in the video library and will upload at least four new practices to the video library monthly.

The practices draw from ancient practices lovingly stewarded by ancestors and teachers based in Africa, the subcontinent of India, China, and Indigenous communities, as well as teachings Lissa has learned from somatic and trauma-based healing modalities.

To make the video library accessible, there is the option to rent practices for the day offering what you can as well as to purchase a monthly membership for unlimited access to practices.

Standalone programs are available in the video library to allow us to receive more in-depth support in specific areas.

BIPOC Embodied Refuge, Apr 5 at 11a ET online

BIPOC Embodied Refuge, a sangha (community) for those who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, is held and guided by the teachings that liberation arises both from within the body and in community when cultivated and regularly practiced.

These gatherings were intended to support studying the dharma together alongside healing collective and intergenerational race-and oppression-based trauma via the body and in community as well as cultivating communal and intergenerational resilience and reclamation.

Our meetings are held utilizing community agreements and the framework of Buddhist principles and trauma-responsive practices as an opportunity to find nourishment in community and the dharma. Space will be held for all that’s present in a way that supports a trauma-responsive approach, self and collective care, and community and connection.
